Standard Energy Magnets -Plain Brown, magnets with one side magnetized and the other side weak or non-magnetized after throughmagnetizing. The weak side is for laminated PVC, PP or paper, the magnetized side is for work with magnetic receptive material, such as iron board.

Compared with traditional car magnet isotropic 0.7mm (30mil), hi-energy car sign magnet with 0.5mm (20mil) is even 10% more magnetic force, and 30% lighter. MACO FF STEEL FILM SERIES

MACO FF Steel Film series is a kind of polymer composite material, made of a layer of magnetic receptive raw material tightly bound with a layer of printable media under Repumag’s patent technology. It is the thinnest and lightest magnetic receptive film in Repumag’s products.
MACO FF Steel Film series is also a kind of printable media. The printable liners on FF products are applied with PET, PP, PVC, canvas, and coated paper etc. It can be printed as easy as traditional printable media, and get high quality images, suitable for wide print processes, such as digital inkjet print for UV curable, eco-solvent, water-base, HP Latex, laser print of HP Indigo and TONER, offset print, flexo and label print, screen print, etc.

STEEL SHEETING

Repumag's steel sheeting (flexisteel) is made by mixing iron powder with plastic (CPE etc.). It has excellent magnetic receptive ability. It is easily cut, bent, twisted, coiled, or can be machined into almost any shape without damaging its magnetic receptive properties.
Unlike normal steel sheeting, Repumag’s Steel Sheeting doesn’t have hard and sharp corners or edges and it won’t cause cuts or injuries and is safe to handle. This material is ideal for white boards, magnetic dartboards, and educational products (like magnetic books, magnetic puzzles and chess boards, etc.)
This material is becoming increasing popular for the use as magnetic wall paper. Laminating this material with digital printable or other materials and printing beautiful designs and images creates wall paper that can be exchanged and/or replaced when applied to a wall that has a layer of our magnetic sheeting with adhesive.
